hi all, i have a lockrite in the front of the gu with converted auto hubs.
my problem being is that when the transfercase is in 2wd and hubs are in the free position, the front tailshaft is still spinning. any feedback would be good. the locker has been in for 2 years with no problems. thanks.

Sure does, it may be spinning but is it still actually driving? have you had your wheel bearings repacked recently? Does it do it hot and/or cold?

front lockright

the auto hubs have been converted----auto is free position---lock is locked,just like a manual hub.

So are you seeing the shaft spin when the car is moving or are you under the stationary car and spinning it by hand? just trying to work out which end is engaged.

Change your transfer case oil to ATF to remove the stiction?

You still haven't answered the question is it spinning or actually driving? this gives us more definite clues about engagement.
