Previous owner snapped most of them off removing the tank. I was gonna weld some hinged straps in, anyone else done anything different?

Can't you just remove the broken bolts and put new ones in? You can also drill new holes and use blind rivet nuts.

I was just wondering why i hadn't done this. Went and had another look, theres no room with the springs in place. Might just drop the springs and do it right.
