'GF' cannot be an abbreviation for 'girlfriend' as that is all one word.

Next I thought 'grandfather' but that is also one word.

Then I realised it must mean 'gay friend'!



It's a jeep thing.



Makes some threads on here read differently too. Jacket talks of his 'GF' a fair bit

I do find it funny with these assumed abbreviations.

'lol' used to mean 'lots of love', prior to text pesting.

Mate of mine got a text off his mum 'your Aunty is in hospital and not very well, lol'.
