What do people think of this idea ?rebuilt hubs but still got skakes .rverything is spot on ,balance,bushes etc .the hubs were rebuilt with no shims which im told is sometimes the case .could the preload still be too loose.ive heard of some people machining 0.025 of a mill off the face of the bearing carrier so the bearing goes 0.025 mm further in making more crush .has any one come across this .thanks.

I installed 0.127mm shims and with wiper seals fitted but bolts left loose, I could get movement with 4.5kg of force on a spring gauge.
(This is for reference only, proper measurement should be done with the seal and drive shaft removed.)

Check all of the easy things in the above post and then consider checking your kingpin bearings.

Ps - Machining the bearing carriers should only be done once you can prove that the cause of the vibrations is from the kingpin bearings and that you cannot achieve proper preload on them to correct the issue.
