This is for TB42 but pic for TD42 is same for aircon....it should get you by.

 

Don't think this picture is the be all to end all, many aircons are either dealer installed or aftermarket. Mine has been installed with the idler pulley in that same place but BELOW the height of the compressor silly i know). Also some brackets have the same adjustment setup as your power steering, where the compressor swivels on the bracket to get adjustment. These are the 1's to go for if you can get them.

I will take pics of my tensioner and idler tomorrow, The tensioner has adjustment like the manual picture but there is an extra idler that I have no idea where it goes. May need to pull the alternator off to get a better look at the front of the engine.

Naa, not yet, I will head out to the garage this arvo and have a nother crack at it.

 

All sorted out. As I had the Genuine nissan tensioner I figured it must go where the manual diagram shows, so I remived the alternator for a better look and bingo, there were the tensioner mounts. All done now and ready for gas.
