Hey guys I've found a gq ute cab and was just wondering if it will fit onto a swb chassis without many problems? Cheers

Yeah it should bolt on no worries.

There was a fella on here who was putting a GU ute cab on a GQ swb chassis, but he's not been around for ages.

I think this is an excellent idea, will need engineering but that should be a breeze. the front mounts should be the same

Will there be a difference with the body mounts between a coil ute and a leaf ute?

no difference, only thing you have to do if its a leaf sprung cab is cut holes in the front guards for the shock towers to go through
