they have different heads so maybe you would have to get a manifold but most of the rest should all be generally the same past the gearbox n all that. the requirement for emmissions might be different[ cat converters might be diffferent] so depends if you care about that ****. and the later model 4.8s had three cats in there exaust...just something to think about
All 3 or 4 setions are different. There are about 5 different types of exhaust for the 4.8. The TB45E exhaust can not be used as I tried it back in Feb 2014 when Nissan delivered me the wrong down pipe.

was told by the previous owner that the cat on my tb45e had collapsed(haven't checked it myself yet) and thought about changing it out if it is(exhaust system is looking a bit rusty anyways), might just go with new aftermarket extractors and exhaust if it is buggered and if not I will just clean up and paint the original exhaust .
