yep for mine ive used 150x50x4 rhs and the sides are 100x50x4rhs that are fully welded for the tops under the lights are only 3mm plate and only welded on the out side as there only a cosmetic thing

have you guys braced ur sides back too the chassie ive hit mine preaty hard and it hasent budeged and ive only got about a 10mm gap max on mine

yeah hedge defantly brace it back it will be so much stronger. oldmate do you have any pics how u braced yours back.
