Having problems starting my patrol.. sometimes starts 1st go after a bit of cranking, blows white/black smoke,, idles fine. most times it takes ages to start cold/warm and again white smoke. Glow plugs don't stay on very long 5 seconds. Previous owner said he replaced glow plugs not long ago, so could have been never, injectors have not been serviced 280ks on the clock. Turbo seems to have a lot of lag when taking off compared to other 2.8 I have driven. No compression tests done as yet. Any ideas or anyone had the same problem? Thanks
