Hi,
I'm currently fitting a car alarm to my Nissan Patrol Y61 GUIII 3Ltr. But having a hard time locating '(-) Diesel Wait To Start Input' (this wire enables the alarm to wait for engine glow plug to finish, before cranking over the engine.
Your help would be appreciated

those alarms with the ability to start engine are so ****y

anyway im guessing your engine is zd30 so that means it will have an immobiliser
so how are u going to start the car when you have the key inside the house
there are modules which can learn the immobiliser and then allows engine to start but
all your doing is adding heaps more crap under the dash to fail

does it say what voltage u need to the wait to start wire or is it one of those dodgey ebay start alarms which are made in china with pretty poor translated instructions

unless u live in the very northern or southern hemisphere u normally don't need the alarm to start the vehicle
these types of alarms cause more problems than they fix
