Just wondering if Intercoolers should be cleaned out or replaced and how often?

If you don't have a catch can then it is a good idea to clean out your intercooler every once and a while. Do a search on cleaning them. Theres several threads on the subject.

As for replaceing them. You only need to replace them if they become religious or you want better performance.

Thanks Skeg, did a search on cleaning it and found out to cleaning it out 2-3 times with degreaser, good flush out, then a good blow dry preferably with a leave blow instead of compressed air.

So have done mine this afternoon, haven`t driven it yet to see whether it has made a difference or not, will post something up when i know.
