leaking turbo!

Hey all long time member first post,
Well i picked up a 95 gq wagon anyways it has oil leaking out turbo,
I priced seal kit aprox $300
My question is is it worth putting kit in or is there another turbo that can bolt straight up to it?
And whats the aprox price?
3 inch zorst righty through
