Hey guys, recently purchased a GQ patrol. I've noticed a number of times when on the freeway the clutch becomes a lot firmer. Wondering what's causing this? The clutch is incredibly light as it is.

I automatically assumed I had a leak in the master cylinder but I'm unsure as the clutch pops back out as normal and I'd assume if I had a leak the clutch wouldn't pop back out without some convincing.

Anyone got any seggestions of what I should check next?

Vacuum leak or booster diaphragm or booster seal.

What he said, just fixed mine, it was a booster seal. $65. About 250 for a rebuild if its the diaphram.

i split the little vac hose from the back of the alternator from memory and it made either the brake or the clutch like a rock to push.
