Hey guys

I had this belt changed about 6 months ago. Today I did about 30 minutes of driving. When I got home and the car was idling I could hear a flapping sound. I looked under the car and this belt was flapping around quite a bit.

Is something able to be tightened or replaced?

Check the pulley and tensioner. Should auto tension. Might be knackered.

Thanks a bunch Don for posting that up for me.

Further info: the bolt/plug underneath the belt as seen in the picture has recently been coated with fresh warm oil. Is this due to the tension arm being broken?

i think you will struggle to find a zd that plug does not leak on , dont stress yourself over the leak.
