Hi, for anyone that is interested I fitted a body lift kit to my MK LWB Patrol today.
Here is a quick list of what I had to do:
1. Lubricate all the body mount bolts/nuts
2. Loosened off the steering shaft bolt and removed the lower radiator shroud
3. Remove the clutch line from the body and any other brake lines that looked like they were going to get caught
4. I had to cut a section of my side steps inner rail out to allow for both of the side centre body mounts on the chassis to clear it
5. Remove the body mount nuts/bolts (I left the three bolts down both sides in so the body wouldn't move too far)
6. I then had too drill a hole above both rear body mount captive nuts to allow for the new bolts to drop through (I used an inch drill bit). Once the trim bits go back on you can't see the holes
7. I started by lifting the front of the body up to put the blocks in and then put the bolts through and sat the nuts on loose, then did the same with the left side, then right side, then did the rear
8. Once all the blocks were in place I then tightened all the bolts/nuts
10. Then I retightened the steering shaft bolt, and had a quick look to make sure nothing was being too stretched
And thats about it, I didn't have to do anything to be able to get it into 4 low (I'm assuming that is just for SWB) I took it out and tried it afterwards and 4 low works fine, the other good thing is that now my 33" tyres that used to hit the front flares don't anymore and I got it to full flex, they might hit if turning sharply at full flex but normally seems fine. So thanks for reading and i hope that this info is usefull to someone, any questions please feel free to ask. Brendon
