well for the power stakes. all i can say is from where you are now a turbo is the only way forward. a dyno tune may gain a little bit but sweet fa in the grand scheme of things.
and as for cheap lower arms. all i can say is will they be cheap if they snap and break your rear shocks, diff centre and also panal damage that will occur.i doubt it. remember poor men pay twice.

What tyre size do you have? Larger tyres will zap power out of a TD.

cheers

You've had pump and injectors done, was it tuned after that?

What has changed just before you noticed the powerloss? was it after the injector/pump work?

Extractors and exhaust dont do much more than make noise.

How many klms on the engine? It could be tired by now being a 91 model....

If pump was tuned once refitted, engine is in good nick, then as said your only real way forward is a Turbo or Supercharger. Neither will please anybody on a tight budget.

FWIW, on the dyno, my GU lost 20kw and 100nm of torque going from 31's to 33's. So tyres can make a whack of difference.

Good luck.

TG, can you save/sell something and get a turbo kit fitted?

Only other thing I can think of, in your current configuration, is air filtration.
Do you have a snorkel?
Do you use the pre cleaner filter? If so leave it out until you go bush.
How long since you changed the main filter?
