Instrument cluster, radio trim piece, centre vent trim and the passenger grab handle have to be off. There are 6x 2 piece trim clips, 2 on each outer side of the dash, 1 inside the glovebox on the LHS and one behind the lower RHS of the instrument cluster panel, they are right near the outer air vents if your MQ has them.
There are clips that hold the leading edge by the windscreen to the metal dash panel, pull kinda up and away to remove. Be careful, the plastic is easy to crack.

Also its a real PITA to get back in with the metal dash in the car, since the plastic piece has to sit in its clips and also tuck underneath the windscreen seal at the same time.
