Get a 3" spring with 6" shocks and coil retainers.
I have 4" springs with 6" shocks with coil retainers but the shocks rant long enough to need the retainers yet.

Oh and chuck some pics up :)

Got millweld bar fitted now, had to mod light force due to them not fitting properly also have pics soon. Haven't fitted small lights yet as need to extend wiring to fit.
also had to use pipe clamp ariel holder to fit ariel. other than that very happy with bar.

Moves around heaps and needs to be replaced anyway, so decided 3" suspension and no body lift instead. Prefer to spend money on suspension than body lift again.

Heres a pic from the weekend Forum run in Brunswick/Harvey, how she looking atm.
Gonna pull the old girl off the road for a bit and do some TLC.
Tar based paint for floor and all underneath. Degrease and clean intercooler and pipes.
Replace some of the wiring so all accerries other than spotlight run off second battery.
One big wire coming into cab then mutli fuse box and split off from there.
Give the engine bay a really good clean up and wipe down, try and make it look shiny.
Fix up little bits of rust and cracks here and there in the body.
Hopefully a respray, still two tone but not metalic, and two tone will drop down and run along bottom of doors.
Get a few minor repairs sorted.
E.g. leaking weld on rear diff, leaky oring on top of steering rack, weeping rear main seal.
Hopefully she'll come up all good.

This would be a nice upgrade from the troll if had money, not best on beach but fun in mud and rocks, bloody tough and very different.

Also something like this rear bar from Milweld is what I will be building hopefully.

have a few more pics of little mods I have done over the years, just need to get internet working on computer at home.

Hopefully build up will start soon, just need to re wire head light switch for my 84 corrola.

Thought I would put up a bit of a to do list.
Oil leaks first:
rear main
power steering box
rear diff, leaking weld
and now the left hand swivel hub aapears to be leaking.

Looking at pulling whole engine out so most probaly do both main seals, main bearings if need be, maybe rings though compression is still all good. Just a basic rebuild.

new horn, hasn't work since buying car.
windscreen washer pump and bottle, never had one since buying car.

and thats just the start, just waiting on funds to get started.
