This comes up occasionally so I will say it again, it is not a policy of this forum to publicly name people/business's whom members may have had 'unfortunate' dealings with, even though we may have sympathy for a story we as administrators know from experience there are always 2 sides. One I have just deleted seems to be a classic example.

This does not mean a warning cannot be given by a member about certain activities, but, how it is written becomes very important as there are a lot of hidden traps in making statements that can be taken as libelous, etc.

Do you notify the person of their wrong doings?
If it's required, but most often they are just deleted, if a thread is deleted it is in the judgement of the person doing the deletion that the thread is not in the best interests of the forum as a whole for it to stay up, usually just a deletion is enough of a message, often it is what is said after the thread has been started that becomes problematic, if people just took the warning and left it alone it may be different.

These days you just cannot be too careful in a legal sense.
