Hi guys im just wondering if anyone knows much about the high top GQ patrols as iv only just got mine its a petrol and gas tb4.2 inline 6 carby tbar auto but thats all i know so i decided to call nissan australia and all they could tell me was that it was imported from japan in 2001 and its defiantly had some work done as it has
TJM bullbar
Alloy sides
4" lift
35s on neg 44s
12,500 pound winch
Gu diffs running 4.6 LSD diff gears and air lockers front and rear
Hulk diff bash plates
Bullbar to sump off grid bash plate
And more

Looks like you have a safari. 24v jap spec. Not much else to it.
Maybe jump over and introduce yourself.

Dose anyone know where i can find the plastic strips that go on the bottom of the doors

Do you need the plastic strips with a beast on 35" plus 4" lift if you get serious off road you will leave anything plastic in the bush.

If it is 24v it is an import. If it is 12v it is one of the few imported into Australia in the early 90's

I wouldn't worry about the Ti plastic strips but would be looking at replacing the alloy steps with proper sliders.

I also suggest you get yourself a temp gague for the auto and replacing the valve body with nomad valve body from Wholesale auto for better auto responce. May also want to add extra cooling for the auto while you are at it
