Hi guys ,Just got myself a Patrol ,its a Gu series 3 ute ,Its ex telstra with the works. I had been looking for a good one for a while now and found this one in edgewater, Perth. With 245k's on the clock and in excellent condition i grabbed it.She came with dual tanks 90l + 80l ,dual batteries, hot water system (which works) dual rear wheel carriers and the wheels to go with them.2" ome lift .The log book was full and every service is there to see, right up till 240k's .
It needed some new rubber so i got a set of cooper st 285/75/16 .
The plan is to use it for work and on the weekends have some 4x4 fun.

Very nice. I wanted something similar to that for my surveying, but cant fit wife and 2 kids in it on the weekends.

Are the WA coppers friendly? because I know quiet a few over here in SA and the grumpy ones would ask that you move the rego plate so it isn't obscured by the rear steps. ;) and then once relocated they would insist that the plate have a light to iluminate it etc.

When are Nissan going to come out with a full sized factory dual cab ute (or Toyota for that matter). I remember there was a rumor going around a few years ago about Toyota doing one..

Enjoy the new bus, looks great!
