So my car has the following rust issues (see pictures). How bad is it? What is the best way to remedy these and prevent future rust? What are my options? I am completely new to this so any help is appreciated.

1. Doors: Sandblasting and then painting.
2. Thresholds. Cut out all the rotten sheet metal.
3. Sand as needed. Or Sandblasting.
4. Cover with sheet metal.
A. by welding
B. with rivets.
5. Paint with primer, finish, and protective paint. (stone chip paint. )
6. Fill the cavities with wax.

Dear oh dear, that is bad. Terrible.

I think that the level of rust you can see in these pictures suggests that it will be a vehicle where you will never get rid of it. Where you have section of steel joined together, such as in the A pillars the only way to stop it is to cut them out. Looks like it could be a very big job.

Take a picture of the car with the camera from below, so you can take a detailed look, or put pictures here so that these experienced members can give an expert opinion.
