My nissan zd30td the dashboard light goes off and it can not charge the battery after it sink in the water what i must do?

Cant be good mate, but try and start by drying it all out asap, then test alternator and check all the fuses.

Was there mud in the water too? You could try running the hose through it for a while to rinse it out, but if it is full of mud or has short circuited, you will need to replace it.

Yeah if you can I'd disconnect battery, hose it out well, dry it out with compressed air even spray some water dispersant then blow it dry. Hook battery back up, preferrably charged, then if you have access to a multimeter test voltage coming off the terminals directly on the alternator. Bear in mind the alternator won't act properly if the battery is already flat when you put it back in.

Quite likely related and makes me think you may not be lucky with the alternator. Other thing is bad earth's. Lots of threads in here about fixing earth issues.
