use that in my gq diff and runs smooth as silk. run nulon in all diffs. transfer case, gearbox and engine only because get for free :p:coffeeti:

I used the straight LSD 140 oil.. I dont believe the Nissan diff likes a "multi grade" oil... Just what I was told.. not gospel..

Depends on the climate/ambient temp.

Cooler climates, run the 85W-140.
Hot climates, run the straight 140 weight oil.

Either will be fine once upto operating temperature of around 120 to ~180degC depending on what the vehicle is used for, eg towing or not towing.

thanks for the feedback. i do tow but not much maybe a car trailer 3 times a year if that it is manliy used for 4wding and everyday use. i think i will put it in and see how it goes and change if i have to. thanks

well i changed my diff oil 2day what a pain in the arse that was the oil wasnt to dirty it had a few fine bits of metal on the magnet. but it only took 2.1 liters max i thought it was ment to 2.4 can anyone confirm this. chears
