Should be on the VIN plate under the bonnet. If not any dealer should be able to tell you if you give them the VIN. It's documented as part of the parts supply system.

The two tone colour code will need to be cross referenced to get the code for the two individual colours, which can then be looked up at the paint shop to get the right colours. Just google “nissan paint codes” and find yours. For example, Mine is dark blue on silver, the code on my vin plate is cross referenced to BG7 Dark Blue metallic and 549 Silver metallic
