Been looking at these turbos as a viable alternative to the commonly used off the shelf items. Powertune have been using them on some insane skyline gtr builds running 40psi+ through them and seem to hold up alright. Billet compressor wheels and dual ceramic ball bearing centre housing, oil cooled only and they have a t3 .48 exhaust housing as standard.

This is the precision turbo website here

Powertune is a distributor in Australia

I have a gq ute that i want to start collecting parts for a turbo kit. Not after a massive power gain, just something to help pull the car trailer (once i finish it) abit easier.

Keen to hear your thoughts.

Cheers Wally

Precision turbos are great, a little expensive though. a 4854 would be a decent upgrade for a td42
