Not a bad article at all. Part two would be good I wonder if he suggests phosphoric acid?
Probably not as he has mentioned using epoxy polyester.

Yeah. The epoxy polyester is all the rage at the moment. It kills 2 birds with one stone so to speak. There are some great people on that forum with some awesome knowledge that can easily be put to good use on our cars. But most of them are pedantic about having flawless cars so take some of it with a grain of salt. They'd be horrified to see what some of us put our trucks through. haha.

I like this paint and panel section of the forum.

I agree with you that most paint and panel work is overkill for 4x4 use so this is a good chance to help people out with their paint and panel issues.

Main requirements are paint durability and repairs that last a long time.

The polyester is good stuff but don't leave it too long before sanding cause it sets like stone!
