I thought I would post this up for those running more than standard boost on the RD28.
Higher boost will cause the head to lift and blow the head gasket.
ARP studs mitigate this.

Part numbers as follows:
AR300-8337 - nuts
AR200-8537 - washers
AU5.225-1B - studs

Torque 3 stages 40,60,80 ft-lb

Lubricate nuts when assembling

Loctite stud into block

you will require 14 of each. Cost around $500 in total.
SpeedPro in Australia sell them.

$500, for 14 studs and nuts, they'd want to be gold plated for that. I'll be sticking with the ones that came with my new head. What sort of boost levels do you think need these studs?

Haha, yeah I know they are dear. Anything over 25psi to be safe you need ARP studs. I think you're running around 18psi, so you'll be fine with standard ones.
