Hey guys,

Want to find out what sort of spacers are being used on the standard rear wheel carrier as my spare hits the wiper and needs to come away roughly 20mm so that it does not hit the wiper, what are your suggestions/ideas??

I used 25mm box steel for mine, also used it to mount the rear work light bracket.

That is prety much all the Kaymar spacer is it may be 30mm but 25 will be sufice and easy to make yourself.

2 bits of 25x25 x2mm square tube 180 long, 2x 12mm holes in each @120 centres, weld the ends in to seal them, 4 pieces of 16mmx 1.6 mm tube 21mm long welded in as anti crush bushes, 4x10mmx55mm (fine thread) hi tensile bolts with spring and flat washers.
Good Idea to place a thin plastic washer between the spacers and the door to allow water to drain away and help prevent rust and ya done. :iconbana:

Or you can get rims with more offset and not have to worry about a spacer.
