hi I having to replace the intercooler ( to many hole to be fixed)in my Nissan patrol 2001 turbo diesel what is the best intercooler to put back in my Nissan

If you use the search function there is a lot of options people have gone for. It usually depends on how soon you need it, how much you want to spend, how much modification you want to undertake and how much performance gains are important to you.

what model car??,
you could go 2nd hand, but could have the issues you already have.
most will use HPD(high performance diesel) or
cross country
or you may find a cheap ebay unit if money is tight.
