I think they are loose, held on by the wheel. The caliper holds it in place when you take the wheel off from what I remember.
replacing rear rotors
Just replaced my rear rotors. is there meant to be a bolt that holds the rotor in place or does the wheel once tightened hold the rotor in place, cheers. As the gregorys guide shows a bolt. Has anyone done theirs recently? Cheers

pretty sure the bolt is used to seperate the rotor from the axel if it has rusted on or stuck
Ahhh yes, I know what is being talked about now, there is a threaded hole in about the same line as the wheel studs.... yes, I would say the same as what ITS A said, for pushing the dish off if stuck.pretty sure the bolt is used to seperate the rotor from the axel if it has rusted on or stuck
That is correct the threaded hole is for prying disc of when seized on using correct fitting/threaded bolt. The disc is held firmly against hub with the tourque of the wheel muts
