Bill was a hero of mine, for those that may remember he was the Falcon Driver that finished up upside down on the fence at Bathurst many years ago. Bill owned a Newsagency at North Ryde where I lived for a couple of years. The man was dedicated to the sport.
He passed away early this morning at RNS. Rest In Peace Bill.

Wonder what ever become of that Phase 3..
