WTF is it with the RTA sending text message to people regarding traffic. What are you supposed to do, a- pull over and read it on the freeway- Great. People can't merge as it is
Or read it while driving and then get booked, they probalbly even have an eye in Sky watching for this, great revenue raiser thats for sure.
