just a quick question got 6" tuff dog big bores, what do people do to stop them from coming lose all the time, both front and rear come lose , you retighten them and 1000km later they are rattling again and squeaking when at idle, have done the following

tightened them
replaced the rubber bushes
replaced the nylocks (front) with new ones
replaced the rear with cone locks
have tried (blue ) lock tight
still they work there way lose
always the lower mount both front and rear that work lose

any suggestion ?

Double nut it with Loctite depending on which Loctite blue thread lock you used they are only rated medium. Double nuts and Loctite 243 medium or if you want high strength Loctite 271. Make sure you properly degrease and clean the threads of junk to give the Loctite the best chance.
Beware I have found with bolts and nuts using 271 to undo can require a little bit of heat or possible shearing of the bolts can happen, mostly smaller bolts.
