hello my gq patrol need rust repair on the gutter/roof. I was wondering if I could get away with cutting the rust out and fixing it with out having to remove the roof lining thanks

Setting the roof line on fire when welding and grinding could be an issue.

Also the rust maybe on the inner panel as well.

When opening up a can of worms go in hard. Remove anything and everything of value.
I do alot of old girl restos at work.
Strip and gut so you can go in hard.

You only wanna do this once right?
Doesnt take much longer.

No substitute for cutting and replacing sections one at a time. The roof is a tough one due to the curves.. I'm not looking forward to doing mine!
