aww. . . 7k? doesnt really matter how much you have spent on it. . . it matters what it is. . .
its a td24 SWB, with a vacume locker, small lift, road tyres, and an alloy bullbar.

im in a catch 22 position..

i know you never get ya money back.

if i sell it, probably nothing. maybe a boat.
that time of the year for all the bills. and just can't really afford it.

it's only just had a service; so maybe it will be alright to sit for awhile.
really don't wanna sell it.

i need a beer!

re shorty

hey jarryd,

i have 2 diesel shortys and am selling one at the moment for $7500 and it is a swb diesel with a recoed motor, new alt and starter, new rear diff, tailshaft and new 3 inch lift with 2 inch body.
no rust, winch bar, sliders and good 33's.
Also a big doof doof stereo.

Chances are I will get around 7k for it??

Are your rear windows ok and have you replaced clutch or anything?
If you have done the big dollar repairs usually you can get more $$$ for it.

Dont forget diesel shortys are still selling for at least 15k turboed and lifted.

hope that helps and good luck with the sale

Well , I've spent a similar amount on mine, but the endgame is that I'm keeping it till it gets to at least one million kays!
If I bought something younger I'd become a slave to those techncians with there computer analyzers , $90.00/hour service fees. Yes mister today's service only comes to $1400.00! Farrk that.
As for the bills , pay a bit off all of them, keep talking to them, you'll get there.
I've set myself a goal ,that I pay for parts only and pay no labour. When I first got the gq I rang up motor traders in Berri and they wanted $30.00 each for z115 and $50.00 for the diesel filter. I bought them elsewhere for a third of that, but makes me shop around like crazy, which has become half the fun.
