Does anyone know where I can get Staun Salt Assault from these days?

I heard a while back from ARB that Staun may have gone bust

Not staun salt assault but a new product (well not actually new if youve been in marine a while) is MACS (Marine Anti Corrosion System) product called Salt-X.

Northside Marine definitely have it on the shelf, 1L is err $39/40ish

Staun wont sell to ARB since they released the EZDeflator in direct competition to their deflators from what I was told when I last bought salt wash.

I ended up getting it from tjm who had it on the shelf or can order if it's not in stock
BCF (astonishingly) don't stock it

I got the last 5 litre container of Salt Assault from TJM Maroochydore yesterday, who confirmed that Staun are done and dusted (and as soon as they knew, all of the staff there grabbed some Salt Assault as they swear by it). It was $138 I think.

Old thread but a note to anyone wanting Staun Salt Assault.

I saw Staun Salt Assault on the shelf today at ARB, Coopers Plains. The shelf was fully stocked and it sat along side Staun Heavy Duty corrosion control formula, (which to me looks like very expensive oil).

I didn't think to ask if these were still being manufactured.

Staun went bust mate, Salt-X Buster50 is the same thing as Salt Assault ;-)

Another company has bought the rights to it, not called staun anymore. We sell it at uv4x4. Can't remember what its called (mental blank) I'll let you know tomorrow.
