Hi I have a Tb42 auto patrol (maverick) and it wont rev and dies all the time it has fuel at the line that goes to the carby but doesnt seem to get fuel trough the carby if you put fuel down the carby it runs. Has anyone had this problem? The carby has not long been rebuilt and it had a new fuel filter at the same time. Any help would be great thanks.

mate had same prob, he said was blocked at fuel inlet bit on carby, worth a look i guess
or stuck needle n seat?

does yours idle or just doesn't run on petrol at all? im having the same problem but if i switch to petrol whilst im driving its ok (and if i keep the revs above 1500) other than that it wont idle..... is yours on gas?

i have an issue with my car not idling on petrol but runs fine when driving, just won't idle.
I'm going to put a carby kit in it to see if that helps.
