TB45 long motor with TB42EFI

Hello Folks, does anybody out there know if it's possible to put a TB45 long motor into a GQ TB42E with its manifold and ECU?
Have a worn out TB42E and looking at options for replacement even if only until the TB42 is rebuilt.

I have seen many replacing the TB42 with the TB48, so I assume the TB45 would do as well.
I have no idea on the complexity of the works involved, though. From the cars I have seen, I assume not so difficult if all parts are available.
