Where do I start?
Driving the new car the 10hr drive home on bad roads in the middle of nowhere. Missed seeing the big pothole and hit it hard. The engine stopped running. Moment of “uh oh” then restarted it no issue. Hasn’t happened again.
Has anyone had this happen? Seems electrical? There’s one wire that keeps the engine running? Where would you start looking? Do I need some kind of emergency keep the engine running switch?

Look for a dodgy/loose wire at the fuel pump
Have a look at the connector at the positive terminal. I think it's green. I had it once where this wasn't clicked in properly and over bumps and corrugations it would cut out and then start again no problem.
Mine used to do this driving to and fro from Weipa to Cairns on shopping trips when the road got especially rough. The engine light used to come on and flicker off. Tire inflation reduced to about 28kpi, Koni Heavy Track shock absorbers and Dobinson springs solved the issue.

Um... suspension upgrades are not a solution to wiring faults....

True. But tried everything else to fix it though.
