Engine Australia have a spring with a little more seat pressure.
They also do a "beehive" with a little more again, with a titanium retainer. There are also some LS springs that will fit, just need to sift through the listings to find them, also beehive.
Factory has 2 different springs, cant rememebr which is which, 1 has red paint on them, the other , Hmmmmmm ?????
My engine uses a factory spring with a 2mm shim under them, the springs are my originals so are 20yrs old.

When assembled had new pulley, cone , nut and front crank seal
Question is can it get out oil get out between crank, cone or pulley ? Is there a way to test and or does it look from somewhere else cam sensor
