Hey everyone, ive recently purchased a TD42TI off a bloke, it doesn't have any bolt on's with it and I was wondering if anyone had a list of all the bolt on parts. Thanks in advance everyone.

If you're not going back to having the Ti EGR system, there are a lot fewer parts to worry about.

What parts are apart of that? I won't be putting back the EGR system.

EGR needs EGR manifolds, the intake butterfly (and control stuff that goes with it), EGR cooler, water pipes, etc.

If it's not going on there and you don't have manifolds, it's not an issue.

Just note that for engineering (if you're doing it), if you call it a Ti engine, it will need to have an EGR system fitted, as they came out with it from factory and you can't go backwards with emissions for the engine.

I will be going through engineering, would I be able to say it's a T instead? Or will they check numbers on the block? If they'd check it, could I swap the block with a TD42T block?

It depends what year model it is going into regarding egr. If it's going in to a car that is older than about 2002 you don't have to worry

Well it's going into a '89 GQ, so EGR, regardless of the engine, doesn't need to be setup?
