Hi guys,

got a coil cab that I'm very happy with.
I'm no tradie, so when you mount a toolbox onto the tray, do you mount it directly to the tray
with fasteners, or do you put a sheet of rubber under the toolbox?
my tray surface is steel tread plate stuff.

Personally i would bolt the box directly to the tray, but i would still put a bit off thin rubber inbetween. Stops rubbing the tray if its painted and causing a rust issue. just make sure u use some large washers on both side to stop it pulling through. Some nylock nuts would be a goer too.
