My thoughts are holdens are looking really good these days... Unfortunately, they change the cosmetics as often as a prostitute changes her knickers and they look 'old' really quickly. Which means they depreciate really quickly, which means young bogans can get a hold of them which gives the brand a 'bad' reputation. ergo making commodore (and falcon) drivers bogans.
Sorry, i think they look awesome though. I just think they should stop changing the model every 5 years.

after being surpizingly woken up by all the ford sales,
they have decided to modify the shape to mimic their rivals.
must admit, the front's looking more like a falcon though...

Hate it, looks like afalcon. vents in the sides is just trying too hard too.
The coupe has potential though.. Not sure if the side exhaust will make it to production. That dickie window at the back looks like it can (is) open and the exhaust is not behind it.

The Coupe60 came out years ago and was killed off pretty quickly when the actual price to release and sell the thing was known.
The VE as we know it now is the longest running model commo - released in '06.
I'm tipping the next model won't look anything like that, just car websites etc. speculating. This is also why i belive it look falcon-esque. But seriously who ever thinks one is copying the other is fooling themselves, they all farking are!
Also the last thing I read is the VE will not be superceeded until late '12 early '13 I think it was.

the GU patrol has been the same shape since it's inception. Only 2 guard changes and 1 tail light change and 1 bonnet change the whole time. Very different to the 2 yearly change in clothes for the bombadore. And no, i hate falcons even more No real reason. Just do. i was raised rthat way.
Haha, I hate Falcoons too, although I have reason, I used to work on them flat out and I wasn't even working for a Ford dealer!
Driving the work Falcoon ute today, its 10 months old and its already suffering from what I like to call Falcoonitus, its where the discs warp, the trasm plays funny buggers with the shift and it takes slightly longer to actually start, now I'm just waiting for the door handles to f'up and the head gasket to blow
I only liked falcons because they are dime a dozen, and frankly if your haulin a car load of people over 6 foot tall at 80kmh over dirt roads, they are the best option. I stacked mine so many times being a drift king and it still worked. Was priceless.
I came from a Holden family, infact we still have the same holden the folks brought me back from the hospital in when I plopped out. They are a machine that were only ever meant to do a job, and for that alone is what builds the nostalgia for me. Any other ******y is for morons.
