As you know, my DI is different to the CRD, I removed the feed pipe from the Ex manifold and bolted on a flange to block and also installed an EMP connection for when I test. I plated the In manifold where you did but don't cut the dropper off. Over here in Oz it is illegal to block/remove such gear, that is why ex heat shield usually goes back on quickly as if someone gets pulled over for some reason and checked, it is too apparent that it is deleted, my EGR valve is still in place basically for that reason. So we turn off the EGR, cut off this flange, scald it and screw it back

we cut off this aluminum pipe so that only the flange remains, cut out the gasket from thin aluminum and press it with this flange

While there is a short video
Ok, so it's not that remote that you have to take all your fuel.we have a saying, I haven’t seen fried ones, but I’ve seen a lot of frozen ones)
the car will go through sparsely populated areas and no one knows what kind of fuel it is, it’s better to play it safe
JP-8 is actually what you should be looking for. AFAIK it’s designed as a replacement for both JET-A1 and Diesel. When I was working in the military vehicle industry, we had to ensure the vehicles can run on JP-8.What is the fuel heating for? If you use JetA1 it doesn't freeze until about -70'C
