Sitting in camp in Pt Hedland waiting for a cyclone to go past. Got the aussie shorts and wife basher on, beer in hand and listening to hottest 100. The other thing i'm doing is pretty obvious

Hi there

Picked up some stuff for the Patrol this morning, now at home staying out of the heat. Had an F/A 18 fly over the house at about 500ft an hour ago, must have been on his way to do the flyover in the city.

I'll definately be busy over the next few weeks.

Yeah cyclone George. He caught everyone by surprise. Bianca is nowhere near as bad. Seen better storms at home in Brissie

Watch cricket. Drink beer, go to bed. I think it's called: 'living in the moment.'

In any case, I hope everyone out there has a good time and doesn't drink too much. It's no fun to wake up and realise you've pissed the bed. And, I hope it's sunny tomorrow.
