Ok how do I install It

Looks like it is plugged in, I see a fair bit of corrosion in the pic, maybe check all the connections and the fuse, trace back the loom in case of damage.

The wire goes in to the engine bay

I'll have a look tomorrow where mine is plumbed to and get back to you.
