What's needed for 4" or 5" lift for GU

Can someone who has been through the process, please advise me of what mod's are the bare minimum needed to get a 4" or 5" lifted GU with 35's engineered in VIC. Alternatively, what would you recommend to actually do the job properly?

Are offset rims, diff ratio changes (price to expect), control arms, speedo adjuster all considered recommended changes?
