I am in the process of adding a under tray water tank in front of rear wheel but to do this i need to move my fuel filler im in need of either a 90 bend or even better a length of flexi tube the stuff with the wire inside so it cant kink or crush in 1.5"ID.
I can find silicon 90 bends on ebay but noone can tell me if there deisel proof also found rubber crushproof flex in the radiator hose section at supercrap autos but again noone can tell me its suitable for deisel. anyone point me in the right direction for an online shop?
Anyone else out there with undertray toolboxes be able to help out or post a pic of where there filler hose goes.

Hydraulic or diesel shops should help ya out they have a good range of fuel/hydraulic hose etc.

You could even try truck shops, I have bought a few metres for my rig, but dont them on my 4wd. Clark Rubber would be a great place to start though.

i have done the same as you .I used radiator hose on the bends and exhaust tubing on the straight sections with clamps sealing it. I only use my 2nd tank if i am going on long trips camping on the week end which is 2 or 3 times a year and mine works a treat and costs a heap less then what the hydraulic shops and hose specialists were quoting me.

where did you get exhaust tubeing from
Metal Land or pretty well any exhaust shop would sell you what you need...They might even put the bend in you need if you ask nicely.
