you can get one of them atomik things off ebay for 300-400.
had one for cam before he got the XR... you do have to put some time into making sure they arent going to fall apart though.

Many pocket bikes are of this engine capacity, im assuming though you are meaning a proper pee wee style mini bike, of a known brand?

If though you dont mind a pocket bike, I know of many 'trophies' sitting in peoples sheds, I can talk them out of....xD
